Food wasn't bad. I had the Veggie Delight Omelette. It came with potatoes. Not the best or worst I've had. My fiance had the Berry Frenchtoast. I thought it was just ok, too. Probably will not be back, but the waitress was very nice.

Overall the food was great! Tons of options, most of which were different takes on eggs. They also had a whole coffee menu. Although, I got an iced mocha and the chocolate syrup was all on the bottom. But other wise, it was great! The interior of the restaurant was cute with a yellow theme basic Colours. The small plants were also appreciated. The staff were fast and friendly doing their job. I would definitely go again!

In the search for breakfast/brunch perfection this is the spot. Well done PA! As a New Yorker straddling Queens and Brooklyn as my playground. There is no shortage of good food. However, breakfast and brunch are always tricky. This place was a god send away from home. Friendly staff and tasty food. You cannot ask for more. Note that there could be a wait time depending on how busy it gets but your patience would be well rewarded. Try the Veggie Delight Omelette (hopefully I got the name right) beautiful balance of taste. I wish I had something like this in walking distance from the crib in NYC. I would be a regular. PSA. Watch out for the parking rules around the area. It could be tricky.

Noisy and crowded, this is an excellent place to have the "morning after" breakfast on Sunday. The menu was impressive;y extensive with lots of variations on serval different themes, providing something for everyone. I had the bacon. Sammy (shown) that was good with a home made bun, although the coffee was barely passable being lukewarm and weak,. Service was fast, accurate, and efficient. Another bonus is the likely Vietnamese ownership that was manifest in the correct spelling of Bành Mí and other Vietnamese items such as plentiful Sriracha sauces, that added a welcome foreign flare to American-style foods. A winner for those who like to eat breakfast out (I am not one of them) in the Old City.

Eggcellent Cafe, a delightful dining experience nestled within the heart of an old Philadelphia building; which has been beautifully renovated to enhance its atmosphere, as a distraction from the hustle and bustle of the old Philadelphia city life. The cafe prides itself on a menu that boasts of freshness and the unique complex combinations of flavors known and exotic, which was evident in the dishes I had the pleasure of trying. My choice of the Angry Pig Omelette was a delightful melange of smoked ham and maple pork sausage, enriched with a blend of complex and piquant spices, paired perfectly with chipotle aioli. This, coupled with a serving of well-prepared breakfast potatoes, added a hearty touch to the meal, making it memorably complex and spicy. The Coffee I ordered to accompany my meal was brewed hot, and full flavor. The Veggie Delight presented a wholesome option, with the omelette generously filled with onions and bacon, and paired with well-done, crispy home-fries, ensuring each element stood out in terms of taste and presentation. Not to be missed is the cafe's rendition of French Toast Local Challah, an exquisite confluence of warm, buttered, and powdered toast, with the light, aromatic touch of vanilla bean custard batter. Topped with an assortment of fresh strawberries and blueberries and complemented by pure maple syrup. The warmth of the toast and the cold of the strawberries were a beautiful juxtaposition of temperatures and flavors that tantalized the palate. In conclusion, Eggcellent Cafe offers a great culinary experience that combines tradition with a refreshing twist of contemporary flavors; an excellent distraction from the hustle and bustle of the old Philadelphia city life ambiance.
